It is with great sadness, that I am reporting the Passing of Garry Johnson, being arguably one of the serious mainstays of slotting in Australia.

Garry, was an extremely capable Slot Car racer, builder and designer, in many of the classes he raced in, from Wing cars to Scale ...

I happened to notice the posting of the 'Passing' of an absolute Slot Car Stalwart of Many years at HSC and more recently at SlotShop,.. being Rex, ... the Man with the Immense collection of Slot cars created from various objects, models, toys and literally almost anything from old computer mice and ...

The First Race

Redline Slot Car Raceway will be holding it's first ever race on Sunday 14th December .
Doors will open at 9am racing will commence at 10.30am.

We will be racing the following classes;
Brushless 3200kv Flexi car with NASCAR body - Any steel Flexi chassis ...

Sad to hear of the passing of one of the serious Mainstays of Retro racing in the US and specifically, East coast and founding member of the IRRA, Joe Neumeister, or 'Noose', as he was well known as.

Joe was a slotcar legend in many ways. Part of the Eastcoast 'Mafia' from the 60 ...

The 2025 Victorian State Titles will be held at ' King Willys Raceway ', on the last weekend of November.

Friday 28th: ...... Raceway opens at 1.00pm for Practice etc

Saturday 29th: ... Raceway opens at 9.30am
10.00am: .......... Flexi GTP Brushless - Entries close & Scrutineering begins.

I'm not able to offer any real answer but I Have heard a Lot more 'Positive' discussion regarding HillBilly 12's in more recent times, so there very well may be a bit of growing support.
